This month I'm really taking a day off.

The temperature difference is too big these two days, I caught a cold when I was not careful while eating, which led to an upper respiratory tract infection and fever. I took some antipyretics and slept all day.

I'm too weak to update today, so I'm taking a day off. I'm deeply sorry.
