Netherese Arcanist
The archmages of ancient Netheril are considered the greatest human spellcasters in the history of Faerûn, although the elves claim that everything the people of Netheril learned came from the elven mages. But even so, the spellcasters of Netherese are renowned for the powerful magic they wield - spells capable of slicing off the tops of mountain peaks and causing them to float in the sky as floating cities.
Netherese arcanists are pioneers of legendary spellcasting, dedicated to mastering the mysteries of extraordinary spells. Most of those with this prestige died when their floating cities fell from the sky and their mighty empires were destroyed in the Anauroch Desert, but at least one still survived as a lich. But today's mages and sorcerers have two ways of accessing the arts of ancient Netherese. They can explore the lost ruins of Netheril to uncover ancient and secret records of arcanists, or visit the shadows, the living descendants of powerful spellcasters. In the shadow society, Netherese arcanists once again rose to an outstanding rank and received great attention from neighboring regions.
Advanced requirements
To become a Netherese arcanist, a character must meet the following requirements.
Race: Human (including human undead) or shadow.
Skills: Knowledge (Arcana) level 25, Observation spell level 25.
Specialties: Improved Metamagic,
Improved Spellcasting.
Spells: Ability to cast 13th level arcane spells.
Special: Ritual of Netherese: The initiate must be familiar with the ancient magic of Netherese.
Legal rituals. Liches or shadow characters from the Shadow Empire meet this requirement
request, or (at the DM's discretion) the discovery of ancient Netherese lore
People you know may also be qualified.

The Netherese Arcanist's class skills (and individual key attributes) are
Concentration (Con), Interpret Documents (Int), Knowledge (all, individual calculations) (Int), Languages (none), and Observation spells (Int). See Chapter 4 of the Player's Handbook for detailed skill descriptions.
Skill points earned per level up: 2 + Intelligence modifier.
Career characteristics
The following are the class features of the Netherese Arcanist.
Weapon & Armor Proficiency:
Netherese arcanists are not proficient with any weapons, armor, or shields. Armor check penalties for armor heavier than leather are Balance, Climb, Escape, Hide, Jump, Sneak, Sleight of Hand, and Acrobatics, and the Swim check must be The normal check penalty is doubled.
Epic Spellcasting:
At 1st level, a Netherese arcanist gains legendary spellcasting as a bonus feat if he does not already possess it.
Field Specialization:
Each Netherese arcanist can choose one of three areas of magic—creation, mentalism, or transformation—as his primary area of specialization. At the same time, he chooses one of the remaining two areas as the secondary area. He cannot cast spells based on seeds from the third realm.

When an arcanist studies the spells in his primary area of expertise, UU Reading www.uukanshu. net The DC of the basic observation spell is reduced by 5, and it is treated as if it belongs to the school of spells in which the caster specializes. If it already belongs to the spellcaster's specialized school of spells, there is no additional benefit.
Spell Focus (Epic):
At 2nd level, the Netherese arcanist's saving throw DC for legendary spells increases by 1, but the DC for the observation spell does not increase.
Resistance (Su):
At 3rd level, a Netherese arcanist gains 5 points of recoil resistance when casting legendary spells. Each time he casts a legendary spell with backlash, the damage is reduced by 5. If the recoil damage lasts for more than 1 round, it is reduced by 5 points each round.
Epic Spell Artisan:
At 4th level, Netherese arcanists can spend less time and resources researching legendary spells. When determining the raw material cost of researching legendary spells, he multiplied the observation spell DC by 7,000 gold coins instead of 9,000 gold coins, and correspondingly reduced research and development time and experience points.
Greater Spell Focus (Epic):
At 5th level, the Netherese arcanist's saving throw DC for legendary spells increases by 1, but the DC for the observation spell does not increase. This increase stacks with the bonus provided by his Spell Focus (legendary) ability, for a total bonus of +2.
