The reason!

I went to my girlfriend’s house to kill chickens, and drank too much with my father-in-law. I can’t do it tonight, but I’ll make it up tomorrow.

Here is a question, I need your help!

The chicken tonight is a bit smelly, why does it smell a bit like chicken shit? It was obviously washed very clean, and I don’t want the intestines, so I just threw them all away, why is there still a smell!

How can I get rid of this smell? Does anyone have any experience?
