Update Time Adjustment Instructions

At noon, I couldn't code properly, so I needed to take a nap to regain my strength. From now on, I will update at around four o'clock in the afternoon, and then at ten and eleven o'clock in the evening, before the author is kicked out by his family to do some dusting (work). The updates will remain like this, with a minimum of 6,000 words per day.
