Hogwarts: Oops, I'm Voldemort

Chapter 13 Green Tea Master Cyrus

Ginny returned to the Gryffindor common room in less than five minutes.

The common rooms of Gryffindor and Ravenclaw are both on the tower, but not on the same side, and the tower is connected to the eighth floor of the castle.

Hogwarts has a total of five towers. The tallest central tower is used as a classroom for astronomy classes. The other four are located in the four directions of southeast, northwest, and northeast. The north tower is the divination classroom, and the west tower is the owl shed.

The southeast and southeast sides are used as the common room and dormitory for Gryffindor and Ravenclaw respectively.

When Ginny crawled under the statue of the Fat Lady, several students were a little surprised.

"Ginny, didn't you go to detention with Ron and the others?" Percy frowned. He was not in a good mood because everyone in the Weasley family was detained except himself.

In fact, the entire Gryffindor team was not spared.

"Yes, but Professor Flitwick thought my spell was very good, and he thought I shouldn't waste time on detention." Ginny said immediately.

This made Percy very happy.

"Well done, I said, being a good student will never go wrong! Look, Hermione was not punished this time. If I were to say, it would probably be up to you and me to protect our Weasley family!" Percy said as he walked out.

"It's so late, where are you going?"

"A little thing..." Percy explained vaguely.

Ginny didn't ask much, she was in a hurry to find "Mr. Riddle".

Quickly returning to her dormitory, Ginny used a spell to unlock the drawer, spread the black-covered diary on the table, and the ink-stained feather pen paused for a long time above the diary. Finally, Ginny took a deep breath and slowly wrote.

"Mr. Riddle, I have something to ask you..."

After writing a sentence, Ginny didn't wait for the diary to respond, and quickly wrote the next sentence. When she first started writing, she felt that it was so difficult to ask this question, but now it seemed like she couldn't stop, and she wrote to the bottom in one breath.

"I lost one day's memory - I clearly remember that it was Thursday when I went to bed, but when I woke up the next day, it turned out to be Saturday. My classmates said that I took a day off on Friday, but in fact I don't remember it at all - what do you think happened to me?"

Her expression was very tactful, trying not to make her tone seem suspicious of "Mr. Riddle", but in fact, perhaps this was also a little hope in Ginny's heart. She didn't want this matter to have anything to do with "Mr. Riddle".

At least, there is no clear evidence to prove it.

Then, she nervously watched the ink disappear on the yellowed paper. She felt as if there was a little man in her chest holding a huge hammer and constantly hitting it hard, making her breathless.

'Will it be you, Mr. Riddle? '

--

"Discovered?"

In the memory space, Cyrus looked at the long sentence that appeared in front of him and began to think about how to answer.

"From her look, it seems that she is still not sure that it was me. Should we go along with what she said?"

"Or find another reason?"

Ginny Weasley still believed in himself. If he said that he didn't know about it, or blamed it on other reasons, she would be willing to believe it.

But Cyrus thought about it and decided to tell Ginny the truth--

Sometimes telling the truth is a better deception than lying.

"You found out. I was going to keep it a secret. I'm sorry, Ginny..." Cyrus tried to make his tone look more sincere and self-blaming, "In fact, I controlled your body. As expected, an evil magic tool like me... you should destroy me."

"It's really you..." Ginny said in disbelief.

Although she had guessed it before, when Cyrus told the truth in person, Ginny was still reluctant to believe it.

"But--why?" Ginny asked urgently, but rather than saying that she needed an explanation, she really needed to find an excuse for "Mr. Riddle" to prove that "Mr. Riddle" was not dangerous.

"What?" Cyrus immediately pretended to be serious, "Ginny, no matter what the reason, my behavior is unforgivable. A magic prop actually controlled the body of a wizard. If this happened to me, I would definitely destroy it immediately!

"You should do the same. Destroy me, Ginny, it's just a diary."

"No!" Ginny wrote hard, "I don't think you are an evil prop - I mean, I think, if you are really evil, why don't you do anything? Helping me finish my weekend homework is not an evil act. You have something to hide, right?"

Cyrus saw that he hadn't said anything yet, and Ginny took the initiative to help find an excuse. He couldn't help but sigh that children are indeed easy to be deceived. Or in other words, people are always willing to believe what they want to believe.

This time, he deliberately kept silent for a long time before answering.

"You're right -" There was magic in his words, which made Ginny feel sad and depressed, "I should have told you that I'm just a little memory of Tom Riddle left in the diary. "

"Um."

"So have you ever wondered where the real Tom Riddle is now?"

"The real Tom Riddle..." Ginny muttered this sentence. In fact, she already had a guess in her heart. In the medal display room, it was fifty years ago that Tom Riddle won the medal.

"Could it be that, Mr. Riddle, you have already..."

"Yes, I have actually been dead for many years." Cyrus began to impress Ginny with his "tragic" past. The little lions of Gryffindor are always more emotional than rational. "My death is actually related to the mysterious man. He was very rampant in that era."

"So, you were killed by a mysterious man?" Ginny asked back, but it was obvious that she was convinced of this answer.

"It's all in the past -" Cyrus didn't answer, just said to himself, "I was made into a diary when I was a student. After so many years, I really miss this world too much. It’s my long-cherished wish to breathe fresh air again while still alive.”

"Mr. Riddle..." Ginny burst into tears. Although she had thought that "Mr. Riddle" might be dead, she never thought that he had been murdered by a mysterious man when he was a student. This was really pitiful.

She did not notice the contradiction in what Cyrus said at this time. During the summer vacation, Cyrus even said that he had graduated from school.

"No matter what, my behavior cannot be forgiven." Cyrus scolded himself like a green tea, making Ginny even more sad. How could Ginny, who was only in first grade, identify green tea? After being beaten to the CPU by Cyrus, even the KTV was smoking.

"Ginny, destroy me, or hand me over to a professor at school. But before that, I want to see you - thank you for talking to me during this time, after being trapped in a diary for decades, It is indeed a painful and torturous thing.”
