Werewolf Hunting Rules

Chapter 331: Urgent Rescue

Clara had no difficulty sneaking in, as she had the ability to be invisible.

When she came to the second floor of the castle, she saw the plate armored warriors carrying the bodies of their companions. They were going to take these limbs to the top floor where the light was better to distinguish them.

Clara moved her limbs and moved flexibly between their legs.

It was not that no one had discovered her, but they were people who had been disintegrated into several pieces. Their heads were piled together and their eyeballs were very close to the ground, so they could find her movement trajectory.

These heads looked at the several small ripples in the pool of blood in surprise, and their eyeballs moved with them, but they could not make any sound, so they could only let Clara crawl in front of them.

Clayton's arms and eyeballs lay in the shadows, but the type was unique. Clara found them quickly. The body of Pastor Louis was also lying nearby. The familiar face made her hesitate for a while, but she couldn't think of whether to do anything to him. In the end, she decided to ignore it for the time being, stuffed Clayton's eyeballs into her mouth, and then grabbed the hairy animal claw and prepared to leave.

But she heard the plate armored soldiers talking.

A soldier was dragging the corpse, and suddenly thought of something. He put down the two legs in his hands, stood up and looked at his companions: "We can't save them. Now the place is full of poisonous gas. Even if their bodies are intact, there is no way to regain consciousness. Besides, these rebels almost cut them into pieces, and there is no way to fight them together."

Other soldiers were also doing this task. When they heard his words, they stopped and gathered around him.

"What should we do now?" Another soldier asked in a muffled voice.

"We have to find a way to get Mr. Edwards' head back. The king must be on the surface now. We have to go to the surface too."

"We can't climb up."

"Maybe we can let the evil creature take us up."

As soon as this proposal was made, the soldiers looked at the evil creature's body in the corridor, but then gave up the idea.

"It's not easy to put them together, and they won't obey us without Mr. Edwards' orders. And we can't stay here for too long. If the monster Pan doesn't see Mr. Edwards, he will kill us too."

A soldier raised his hand: "I know these dwarves left at least three exits to the surface. We should go outside the castle to find them. This place belongs to the shallow layer. I think it won't be difficult."

"I agree."

More and more hands were raised, and they reached a consensus on this issue.

"Let's take Mr. Edwards' body away as well." Someone said.

No one objected.

"Of course."

Another soldier added: "And the princess, maybe we can use her to get Mr. Edwards' head back from the werewolf."

Someone disagreed: "But he doesn't seem to care about her. He didn't hesitate when he ran away just now. Maybe she was just a girl he picked up from somewhere. She just pretended to be like him through makeup. In fact, she is not his daughter at all."

"But it may just be that he doesn't love his daughter very much." The companion next to him said: "But if it were me, I would also want Mr. Edwards' head."

The air was silent for a few seconds, and another person said: "Let's take her."

They looked at each other, and after some discussion, they finally made a decision to delegate three people to return to the top floor. Two people were responsible for Edwards' body, one person took Donna Bello's body, and the rest of them searched for some candles here, and then went to the first floor to clear the way for them.

Clara listened to their entire plan next to them.

She should have left now, but the words of these soldiers made her unacceptable.

How could they take Donna away? That's her little sister!

She put down Clayton's left hand, quietly followed the three people, and went back to the top floor together.

Edwards's huge body lay in the light leaking from the roof. It took two people to lift it, but they were still faster than the one who was responsible for carrying the princess.

When they arrived at the stairs, the companion was still thinking about where to put the princess's legs - there were a lot of fragments of her, and they didn't think about taking her away when they cut her.

"Hurry up yourself, don't let the king kill you, he may come back at any time." The other two shouted gloatingly.

Although they wore the same armor, they didn't have any so-called comradeship. Before entering here, they were all rampant and had no discipline.

When Edwards and Pileg disappeared, they lost their restraints and their vigilance remained at the lowest level. But this is not arrogance. They are all swordsmen of extraordinary level, equipped with invulnerable armor. As long as there are two people together, they are confident that they can subdue the werewolf with their swords.

In other words, as long as there is a companion around, the second companion becomes dispensable.

Now one person has been left behind.

Seeing his companion's body disappear behind the wall, the person left behind was a little anxious. He squatted on the ground and tried to piece the girl's body together. From time to time, he looked up at the hole in the roof, fearing that the werewolf king would return. After confirming that there was no shadow moving there, he turned back to piece the princess together.

He looked back four times in total.

When he looked back for the fourth time, he suddenly felt a collision on his helmet.

Although he couldn't see anything, he immediately reached out to grab the sword beside him, but before he finished the action, his eye socket hidden behind the visor was pierced by a transparent object, and even his brain was destroyed, and his body fell straight down.

In order to resist stray arrows, the steel visor even made the window into a tight multiple vertical gaps.

But this was not a problem for Clara's limbs.

Relying on a sneak attack to solve the plate armor warrior, Clara struggled to untie the laces under the soldier's armpits, and untied his upper body armor as skillfully as an octopus eating a crab, then cut off his head and threw it into the corner.

Donna looked at the scene in front of her in surprise. When Clara solved everything, she completely fought Donna, who had been beaten up for most of the time.

"Donna, wait a little longer, Clara will be back soon." She reminded.

Although Donna's body was completely beaten up, it would take a long time before she could move. She couldn't say anything, and could only watch Clara's figure become transparent again.

Clara climbed to the surface, handed the claw to Clayton, puffed up her cheeks, and spit out his yellow eyeballs.

Thanks to her, Clayton's body was complete again, but the new news brought by Clara made him anxious and wanted to jump into the pit directly.

"Great! You all like to act on your own!"

"What do you mean you cured her? If those people can't wait for their companions, they will come to check sooner or later. They can't see the enemy, but they see her standing there intact. What do you think they will think?"

"If I were them, I would think it was a witch's trick, and then dismember her again and give her to different people for safekeeping."

"If they choose to do this, I don't know how to find her whole body!"

Clayton complained angrily, but he could do nothing about Clara's silly smile.

He was still thinking about how to save Donna, but Clara's actions forced him to stop thinking deeply.

The beast-like fingers dug into the cracks in the rocks, and after releasing them, the body fell naturally for a distance, and then inserted into the cracks in the rocks again to fix the body. The werewolf rushed to the top floor of the sinking castle as fast as possible while ensuring safety, hoping that he could take Donna away before the soldiers found out.

When his feet stepped on the floor of the castle, the nails of his ten fingers had broken several times.

As Clayton expected, Donna stood in the corridor in panic, and two plate armored warriors who came back to find their companions were approaching step by step with swords raised. Seeing the werewolf falling from the sky, everyone was shocked.

The two warriors changed their targets and rushed straight to Clayton.

The werewolf grabbed Clara and threw it at one of them, and then grabbed the corpse next to her with his right hand and threw it at the other one.

The warrior who was thrown at Clara had not yet realized the difference between Clara and those corpses. He let the little devil hit his head, and his helmet was tightly held by her arms. Then a narrow limb as sharp as a dagger pierced through the window. This time, due to the angle, it was not deep enough, but it also made the attacked person lose half of his vision.

He subconsciously raised his hand to grab Clara, but she avoided it in advance.

Another warrior split the corpse, and then swept the long sword across, leaving a deep bone scar on the werewolf's chest.

While forcing the werewolf back, he turned around and slashed at Clara, driving the little devil away from his companion.

When he turned around again, the werewolf king had jumped onto the wall with the princess on his back. He rushed up to chop off the werewolf's feet, but Clayton climbed quickly, and the sword only rubbed the bottom of the black claws and chopped on the stone wall, leaving a cut.

"Where is that ghost thing?" The companion with an injured eye asked behind him.

He turned around and found that Clara had disappeared while they were distracted.

They cursed, picked up the spears on the ground and threw them at their king, but the weapons thrown upwards were not powerful enough. Even if they pierced the king's body, they could not penetrate and soon fell back with gravity. They could only watch the hostages in their hands being rescued.

When Clayton's claws climbed to the ground again, he felt refreshed.

Now that Donna was out of control, he had no worries.

Donna's palm loosened the hair on the werewolf's back and got off him, but she didn't speak to Clayton, but covered her throat and didn't know what she was thinking.

Seeing her appearance, Clayton felt guilty. Although there was a reason for abandoning her before, he was also prepared to be misunderstood.

No matter how Donna wanted to accuse him, or even attack him, he could understand.

But Donna didn't say anything. She was pale and her body was shaking slightly. She just stood there, silently staring at Clayton with an extremely complicated look, which made the guilt in his heart gradually ferment, and he urgently hoped that he could do something to atone for his previous abandonment of her.

This touching feeling lasted until Donna said the first sentence.

"Uncle, you stink. Ugh!"

The girl bent down and began to vomit.

Shame, unprecedented shame.

Clayton had been given many negative titles such as cruel, arbitrary, arrogant, etc., but he never took it seriously. Only now did he feel the real shame.
