I Have Gastroenteritis, Go to the Hospital and Get an Intravenous Drip

I had a roadside barbecue with my friends and came home with vomiting and diarrhea. Now I have to go to the hospital for an intravenous drip. I have to take a day off today. I'm really sorry.
