Chapter 213 The Prophet

Soon, Gordon led Charles to a busy alley.

The ratio of humans in this alley is obviously much higher. It seems that this is their gathering point, hotel, bar, brothel. Casinos, you name it.

When passing by a brothel with a strong smell of perfume, Gordon showed a wretched expression on his face. "My friend, why don't you try the characteristics of Broken Heart Island?"

"What feature?"

"What else is special, of course it's a woman of the Heke tribe. If you think about it, if you brag in a bar and say that you have fucked a woman who is more than three meters tall, others will definitely look at you with admiration."

Charles reached out his hand to plug Lily's ears, and said impatiently: "Stop talking nonsense, and take us to the hotel quickly, I have important things to do later."

Seeing that Charles had no intention of going, Gordon sighed regretfully, "If you refuse such a good thing, you will regret it."

Soon a hotel of the same size arrived, and Gordon enthusiastically negotiated with the owner of the Hek clan. After the giant looked Charles and the others up and down, he handed several palm-sized keys to Gordon.

"Let's go, we got the key." Gordon tapped the table a few times before turning to Charles.

For the sake of safety on a foreign island, Charles rented only one room on purpose, so that anyone who has a problem can immediately provide assistance.

"Come, come, everyone, come and try Broken Heart Island's special gray tea, which is very good for the health of your sailors who have just returned to the island." Gordon warmly welcomed the glass teapot half as high as him.

Seeing the crew members gulping down their tea, Charles turned to look at Gordon next to him, "You did a good job."

"It's just a matter of money, no thanks, please drink tea." Gordon handed the cup to Charles.

Looking at the gray tea in the cup, Char didn't move. "Where is the Prophet of the Hek tribe? Take me to him."

We have arrived at the Broken Isle, it's time to find the Prophet and lift the god's curse completely.

As soon as Charles uttered the prophetic words, Gordon's face suddenly became a little ugly, and he looked at Charles uncertainly. "Do you know the prophet of the Hek tribe?!"

"I don't know, I want to ask it for help."

Gordon let out a breath and let go of the cup in his arms. "It scares me to death. If you don't know him, it's easy to handle."

As soon as Gordon finished speaking, the crew members of the Narwhal who were drinking tea fell to the ground one after another.

"哐!!" The window slammed open, and a large group of ferocious humans and Hecks jumped in, surrounding Charles and the others.

"Boy, remember not to trust strangers so much next time, especially in unfamiliar places." Seeing his accomplice approaching, Gordon showed a complacent expression on his face. He knew that he had met a fat sheep and made a lot of money.

The corners of Charles' mouth rose slightly, with a hint of coldness in his eyes, and he kicked the bandage beside his foot.

The crew lying on the ground stood up expressionlessly, and took out their weapons.

A trace of disdain appeared on the doctor's face, and he picked up the tea cup and took another breath, "The smell of thorn grass is so strong, it's really amateurish to put it directly like this."

"Roar!!" The gigantic James rushed forward, and the screams of gunshots continued to resound in the room for a while.

After half a quarter of an hour, the chaos in the room subsided, and Gordon stood beside him with a pale face, watching the crew of the Narwhal clean up the corpses.

Even if no one is watching him at this time, he still dare not move at this time.

"Crack!" Charles clapped his hand on his shoulder, making him tremble with fright. "Take me to the Prophet."

Gordon, who was terrified, trembled for a long time, and finally said a good word.

Since this guy came here, Charles has already raised his vigilance. In any strange place, if he came to greet him warmly first, he must have no good intentions.

After coming out of that place, Gordon quickly brought Charles back to the pier. He pointed to the boat in the distance, "The Prophet is on another island, we need to go there by boat."

Charles kicked him violently on the back, kicked him to the ground, raised his revolver and fired several shots at his left arm, blood and flesh splattered, and his entire left arm was directly broken.

The screaming Gordon hugged his broken arm and trembled violently. The next second, his voice stopped abruptly, because the barrel of Charles' gun was already in his mouth.

"If you still want to lie to me, you are dead!!" Charles stared at him with murderous eyes and said.

Gordon nodded frantically, afraid that if he nodded slowly, the other party would pull the trigger.

The ship left the pier and headed for another island under the ferry of the crew.

The islands were not far away, and soon Charles came to a deserted island.

Compared with the previous island full of fireworks, this island looks very deserted.

Except for a huge flat-roofed temple made of black rock in the distance, there are no other buildings.

The Hikers put on those tight-fitting robes again, holding huge spears in their hands, and stood in a circle around the black temple like sculptures.

"That's where the Prophet is, but they won't let us in. It's a forbidden area." Gordon said, clutching his injured arm.

Charles lifted the revolver directly, aimed at his head and pulled the trigger.

"I'll go back as soon as I go, wait for me here." Charles raised his foot and walked towards the square hall in the distance.

Not surprisingly, he was stopped.

Looking at the tall man holding a five-meter-long giant spear in front of him, Charles took out the box again.

Facing the box, the Hikers in front of them put away the weapons in their hands, and once again began to ignore the existence of Charles.

Charles looked at the box in his hand over and over again. No matter how he looked at it, it was just an ordinary wooden box. He didn't know why there was such a huge change when they saw the box.

Going forward along the smooth steps, Charles walked into the Black Rock Hall.

The furnishings in the hall were beyond Charles' expectations. The room was full of thick blood red. After looking at this color for a long time, Charles felt a little uncomfortable for his eyes.

The furnishings in the room are very simple, except for the central pool on the ground, there are red candles all around.

"Wow!" A naked Haike woman emerged from the water. Unlike other Haike tribes, she had long and distorted tattoos engraved on her body.

She walked up to Charles and took the box in her hand.

The woman walked back to the water again and poured some of the powder from the box into the pool.

"The Prophet is waiting for you below." The naked woman knelt down on the ground after saying the first sentence, without saying a word.

This kind of weird scene made Charles feel uncertain. Seeing that she meant to let herself jump into the pool.

God knows what's inside. In Charles' mind, the prophet should be an old man with white hair. Now it seems that it's not sure whether this thing is a human or a ghost.

After hesitating for a moment, Charles put down his guard and walked towards the pool. He believed in Anna, since she said that there was a way to solve this trouble, then she would definitely not harm himself.

With a "plop", Charles jumped into the pool.

As soon as he entered the water, Charles opened his eyes and looked around, but found nothing. Just when he was puzzled, a colored light came from under his body.

Pieces of colorful colors floated upwards from below, like a bunch of dead rainbows, and when those things got close to Charles, he realized that they were translucent jellyfish of various colors.

Just when Charles was wondering, an ethereal voice sounded from his mind.

"Charles, hello, I've been waiting for you for a long time, don't look anywhere else, I am these jellyfish."

These jellyfish are prophets! ? Just as Charles was about to speak, the air in his mouth turned into bubbles and escaped upwards.
